Sens'it : the multi-sensors connected giveaway

A sens'it is a small connected device full of sensors. It's connected to the Internet and data measured can be turned into actions and notifications thanks to the web application.
It contains a temperature sensor, a sound sensor and an accelerometer for motion settings and has just one button for changing the mode or sending a simple message to be turned into anything thanks to the mobile application.
The Sens'it can send the data produced by the sensors and the button by using the SIGFOX network, with an included Texas Instrument transceiver. Because of SIGFOX unique low consumption proprieties, the Sens'it can last up to years without reloading the battery.
The only limit will be your imagination, so get yours and try!
The Sens'it is developed by Axible Technologies and SIGFOX is showcasing it for the first time during MWC in Barcelona.
The Sens'it mobile web app
By logging on Sensit.io on your computer or mobile, you can monitor the data that is sent by your Sens'it, and configure output channels, such as email, sms, Facebook, Twitter and create different kind of notifications.
Some examples:
- Monitor the temperature of your second house.
- Be alerted for an intrusion by keeping the Sens'it on your door.
- Put the Sens'it on your water flask and make sure you drink enough every day.
- Press the button and a text you defined earlier will be directly sent to your loved one.
Sens'it presentation and some use cases by the SIGFOX team.
SIGFOX wanted to get Sens'it devices to give away at events, but the SIGFOX team got hold of their own, so let's have a look at how they use theirs, especially on a Friday.
